GoAir has once again recorded the best On-Time Performance (OTP) at 86.3 per cent as per the latest report of February month released by the Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). This is the 6th consecutive month where DGCA has ranked GoAir on top of the OTP chart.
Besides, the DGCA report also states that GoAir had the 2nd highest load factor of 92.6 per cent indicating the number of seats filled. All these ratios would mean nothing unless we don’t have the cleanest aircraft and reliable aircraft, along with no compromise on quality of service and more importantly, every crew member has a smile on the chin.
GoAir Spokesperson said, “We thank our customers who have made this possible. It is a matter of great pride and a testimony of our passenger first policy. There is a great deal of emphasis on Operational Excellence across GoAir and the results of these efforts are heartening to see.”
GoAir operates over 240 daily flights and carried around 10.88 lakh passengers during the February month.
