PUBLISHING  |  CONTRACT PUBLISHING  |  EVENT MANAGERS  |  CD-ROM & WEBSITES

With 30 years experience in the communications business in the area of travel and tourism, we have been an active player not only in India but also in South Asia.

An Overview of SATTE 2004 Travel Mart

Inauguration of the 7th SATTE Travel Mart

Our range of publications (Go Now, Cargo Times, HARI, Destination India and T3) provide a combination of travel trade and consumer reach. We also work extensively with industry associations in the Indian subcontinent.

Event management in the travel and tourism industry has been our core strength. SATTE, the biggest trade show in the region, started in 1994, last year the event featured over 320 sellers in booths from over 200 organisations to meet with over 700 buyers from India and overseas.

Seminars Provide a learning oppurtunity

Inauguration of SATTE 1994, the first
exhibition for the Indian Tourism Industry

Under the brand name T3, we conduct seminars to evoke discussions on different issues relevant to the industry. These have proved to be effective platforms of knowledge for the industry as a whole.

Publications

CSP has the largest and most established portfolio of travel and tourism-related magazines. These are thoughtfully produced, keeping in mind different market needs.

Founded in 1986, Travel Trends Today (T3) is India’s leading travel and tourism industry print magazine, published monthly. Travel Trends Today (T3) reaches out to a wide spectrum of industry professionals in a controlled distribution.

Go Now is the leading consumer travel magazine. It is the largest circulated travel centric publication aimed at the Indian traveller as the primary reader. It reaches out to corporate captains in their capacity as upmarket readers.

India Travel Planner has been an annual publication for the last 20 years. Now available both in print edition and CD format, it serves as an unofficial sales guide on destination India in worldwide markets.

Cargo Times is a monthly publication on the cargo industry and works closely with providers of cargo services in the country.

T3 Daily Newspapers were pioneered as a concept at travel conventions way back in 1984 with the production of the first daily at a TAAI convention in Srinagar. From Srinagar and Kathmandu in the north, to Chennai, Bangalore and Colombo in the south, we have pioneered onsite publications with extensive coverage of conferences and conventions, matching highest international standards. We have also published onsite in Malaysia, Mauritius and Sri Lanka.

Destination India, our first in the basket, presently published for special promotions overseas, will soon be relaunched as a contemporary India promotion.

Hotels & Restaurants India, for the professional in the hotel and restaurant industry is a back-end forum to trends.

Events

CSP’s annual event, SATTE, enjoys the support of the government as well as the travel and tourism industry.

Twelve years old, SATTE is the only event in South Asia that has an ongoing hospitality programme. 3,000 international tour operators have been hosted by SATTE over the years.

SATTE is recognised by the World Tourism Organisation as its chosen business platform for the region. Along with WTO, we organised the first ever Ministerial Summit of South Asian Tourism Ministers in April 2001 in New Delhi. Again, in April 2002, we held an International Seminar on Regional Tourism.

SATTE has often been inaugurated by the Secretary General, WTO in 2001, 2002 and 2003. It may be noted that the Secretary General, WTO also inaugurates the WTM in London and the ITB in Berlin.

Expo

CSP was appointed Event Manager by the Government of India for the first-ever India Tourism Week and the India Tourism Expo in 1998 and 1999.

From Jammu and Kashmir in the north to Kerala in the south, from Orissa in the east to Goa in the west.

Our expertise lies in producing turnkey products. We provide concept development, text writing, designing and print production. We have an inhouse pre-press facility. We use the best printing facilities in the country. Our strength is in quick and reliable delivery.

CSP also has one of the most extensive photo libraries in the country. We have over 5,000 fully owned slides on destinations in India. We work closely with some of the best known photographers in the region.
